What is a Creative Container? 

A creative container is not simply time in a calendar — it is a sacred vessel held intentionally for you. When you book, I sit with what you’ve shared — your documents, notes, and the feeling you want carried — and listen for the undertones beneath it all. From that depth, your words and design are shaped so they leave a lasting imprint.

How do I book a Creative Container?

When you purchase a service, you’ll select an available creative container at checkout. That slot is devoted only to you — no stacking, no rushing — so your story is honoured in its own rhythm.

Do I need to be present during my Creative Container?

No. You’re not required to attend. Once your intake and documents are submitted, I step into the space on your behalf and carry the work through.

Can I book without completing the intake, or change my Creative Container once it's held?

Once secured, a container is held exclusively for you and cannot be cancelled, reopened, or reassigned. Because each Creative Container reserves intentional time and energy in advance, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 

A container cannot be booked until your intake from and required documents have been submitted in full. This step is essential - it ensures I can hold your story with depth and bring it forward with the sacred care it deserves. 

When will I receive my first draft or proof? 

Your first draft or proof will always be delivered at the close of your booked Creative Container. Each container is a dedicated space held with presence, where I sit with your intake and translate the undertones you've shared into words and designs that carry depth and lasting impact.

 
At the end of that container, you will receive the first version of your creation. If no changes are required, you may accept it as presented- complete and ready to leave its imprint. If rework is needed, you will book a new rework container to hold that space.

What are your Creative Container Rhythms?

Every Creative Container is held as a sacred commitment - a devoted time where your story becomes my complete focus. These rhythms aren't limitations, but intentional cycles.

1. 1. Manifestation Mondays held every second week for an eight-hour daytime slot. This is reserved for deep-buildng blocks dedicated to Resumes, Cover letters, Coverletter and Resume Duo's, Bespoke Cards, and Design Add-Ons. 
      
      
   2. Refinement Tuesdays held weekly for a two-hour evening time slot. This is reserved for rework container bookings only. 
      
      
   3. Sacred Touch Thursdays held weekly for a two-hour evening time slot. This is reserved for rework container bookings only. 
      
      
   4. Creative Soul Saturdays held three times a month for an eight-hour daytime slot. This is reserved for deep-buildng blocks dedicated to Resumes, Cover letters, Coverletter and Resume Duo's, Bespoke Cards, and Design Add-Ons. 

I honour energetic balance as part of this devotion. Sundays are days of rest, and one weekend a month is set aside for renewal and reconnection. Protecting this rhythm ensures that when I enter your container, I arrive fully present - ready to hold your story with care and the sacred intention it deserves. 

How are admin and client messages handled?

With care and intention, outside of creative container hours.
You'll receive confirmations, final documents, and responses during dedicated admin windows—so your story is held with full presence, and the creative process remains uninterrupted and sacred. 

Will my documents and story be kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with me is held in sacred confidence. Your words, documents, and details remain private — never shared, never repurposed, never spoken of outside your Creative Container.

They are entrusted to me only for the purpose of shaping your vessel, and once complete, they are archived securely and respectfully. Just as your story is unique, so too is the way I protect it: with care, discretion, and devotion.

How do I know my story will be honoured with integrity?

This studio was born from knowing the ache of being unseen, silenced, or misunderstood. Miss Inspo Co is the opposite of that experience — it is a safe haven.

Here, you are not reduced to a task or template. You are a soul, a story, a presence. When you entrust me with your story, I hold it as sacred. I sit with it. I listen for what lingers beneath the surface — the soft skills, the unspoken undertones, the threads of truth that make you unique. What returns to you is not only refined, but alive: language that mirrors your essence and makes you feel profoundly seen, honoured, and deeply understood.

Why do you call this a safe haven?

What is included with my resume or cover letter service?

Each Creative Container holds one intentional creation and one rework, giving you space to refine the expression of your story. Should you wish to explore further shifts, additional reworks can be added — each held in its own container, so they too are honoured with full presence and care.

What is included in the Resume & Cover Letter Duo?

Both documents are created in harmony — voice, layout and colour aligned so you land with clarity and presence.

Do I need to provide a base resume, or can you create resumes from scratch?

Every story begins with a seed already planted. I do not create resumes entirely from scratch — instead, I ask you to share your base document. This is how I feel the undertones of how you’ve expressed yourself before: the rhythms of your words, the ways you’ve chosen to be seen, and even the places you’ve left unsaid.

From here, I weave your professional achievements together with the soft skills and personal depth that set you apart. What emerges is not just a document — but a vessel of presence, designed to carry your essence forward with impact.

How do I prepare to book a resume or cover letter service?

At checkout you’ll complete a guided intake and upload your current resume (and a job ad if relevant). You’ll also share soft skills and personal qualities — the soulful fingerprints that help you stand out.

Can I add soft skills and a personal point of difference?

Yes — please. Beyond achievements, share who you are: empathy, steadiness, creativity, adaptability, courage. These are woven into your documents, so they feel unmistakably you.

Can my cover letter be customised for a specific role?

Yes. Your cover letter can either be created as a timeless base you can return to again and again, or as a letter curated for a particular role you are ready to step into now.

If tailored, I invite you to share the job description with me, so I can shape your story in a way that responds to what that role is truly calling forward. Each letter becomes a mirror — honouring where you have been, while aligning you with where you are choosing to go.

Do cover letters include colour themes and personalisation?

Yes. Every resume and cover letter begins with a base colour theme chosen at the start — a palette that sets the tone for your story.

If you feel called to go deeper into the visual expression, you may select the Design Overlay Add-On. 

This layer invites in subtle graphics, imagery, or intentional design elements that carry more of your energy onto the page. It is the bridge between language and visual identity — helping your document not just speak, but also be felt at first glance.

I receive an editable version of my resume or cover letter?

By default, your completed resumes and tailored cover letters are delivered as finished PDFs — vessels that are whole, complete, and ready to present.

If you wish to hold the ability to evolve your document in the future, you may choose the Editable Canva Add-On. 

This is where you request your Canva link. With this link, you are given the freedom to update your story as you continue to grow, while still carrying the intentional structure and design created for you. It is a deeper investment, because it places the ongoing shaping of your vessel directly in your hands.

How does the included rework work?

Every offering includes one rework, held within its own Creative Container. This is not a restart or a rewrite, but a sacred refinement — a chance to polish, adjust, and fine-tune so the final piece feels fully aligned with your vision.

The included rework must be booked into an available slot (Tuesdays or Thursdays). Without booking, the rework cannot be completed, as each refinement is given the same presence and depth as your original creation.

Can I book additional reworks?

Yes. If you feel further refinements are needed, you may book additional reworks. Each one is its own 30-minute Rework Container, intentionally set aside to honour the energy of revision.

Like the included rework, these must also be booked into the rhythms of refinement (Tuesdays or Thursdays). This ensures that no rework is rushed — every adjustment is held with care and intention.

Is express available?

At this stage, express is not available. The nature of this work requires depth, stillness, and presence — not speed. Each Creative Container is intentionally designed to hold the time and energetic space needed to listen to your undertones and refine them into words or design that leave a lasting imprint.

 Offering “express” would mean forcing your story into urgency, and that would compromise the essence of what Miss Inspo Co is built upon: thoughtful, intentional creation that honours both you and the recipient. For now, every refinement flows within its natural rhythm, ensuring nothing feels rushed or surface-level.

Express may be explored later as the studio grows, but only in a way that continues to protect the depth and integrity of this work.

What is the Design Overlay Add-On?

The Design Overlay is for resumes and cover letters that need more than words alone. It’s the intentional layering of visual design — graphics, imagery, icons, or textured elements — that amplifies your story and ensures your document stands out at first glance.

It transforms a piece that already holds depth into something visually alive, while remaining aligned with your essence and intention.

Note: Bespoke Cards already include full design as part of the offering — no add-on required

How do I request the Design Overlay Add-On?

At checkout, you’ll select whether you’d like to add this option. The intake form will guide you to choose your base colour theme first (to set the foundation), and then share if you’d like additional design layers.

This may include:

  •         Imagery or icons aligned with your industry or message
  •        Creative finishes to deepen the visual impact

Every element is chosen with sacred intention, so it enhances your story rather than overshadowing it.

Is the Design Overlay required?

No. Every resume and cover letter begins with a strong, intentional foundation. The overlay is simply for when you want to add more visual presence, taking your presentation further while still honouring your essence.

Can the Design Overlay be reworked?

Yes. If you’ve chosen the Design Overlay, it becomes part of your first draft. Your included rework covers both written and design refinements. If further adjustments are needed, additional reworks can be booked — each honoured within its own Rework Container.

What is the Canva Editable Add-On?

By default, resumes and cover letters are delivered as polished PDFs — complete, professional, and ready to use.

The Canva Editable Add-On is for those who want the flexibility to make future updates themselves without returning for a new container. With this option, you receive a private Canva link to your design, allowing you to edit details like roles, dates, or small tweaks in your own time.

Why isn’t this included by default? 

Because the heart of Miss Inspo Co is in the depth and refinement of what I create for you. Every PDF delivered has been intentionally designed, aligned, and finalised — like a finished piece of art.

The Canva Editable Add-On is for those who also want a living version, something they can adjust as their journey unfolds. It’s optional, because not everyone wants to edit themselves, and I want you to be free to choose what feels right.

How do I request the Canva Editable Add-On?

You’ll see this option at checkout for resumes and cover letters. When selected, I’ll prepare both:

1. 1. Your PDF final, the polished vessel ready to submit. 
   2. A Canva link, editable only by you, so you can return to it as life and work evolve. 

Can this add-on be reworked?

No. The Canva file is provided as-is, based on the finalised version we create together. If you later want deeper refinements, new design layers, or edits crafted in my style, those will be held in a new Creative Container.

What makes your label sets different?

They are more than stickers — they’re intentional companions for your daily rituals. Designed in Miss Inspo Co’s palette (with minimalist and seasonal options), they bring order, nourishment and beauty into your space.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes. Single sheets are available, and bundles allow you to align an entire pantry or system while receiving better value.

When will I receive my draft or proof?

Drafts and proofs are delivered at the close of your booked Creative Container. These sacred containers are held on Saturdays and Mondays, devoted only to deep creation. This rhythm ensures your words and designs are never rushed, but shaped with intention and presence.

Sundays remain my days of rest, and one weekend each month is dedicated to Reconnection & Renewal — protecting balance so that when I hold your container, you receive my full energy.

How do approvals before printing work?

Approvals apply to Bespoke Cards only. At the end of your container, you’ll receive a proof through the approval's portal.

You may:

1. 1. Accept the design exactly as it has been crafted, or
      
      
   2. Request your included rework, which must be booked into its own Rework Container (held on Tuesdays or Thursdays).

Once approved, your card flows automatically into fulfillment — sent directly to the closest professional print studio to you or your recipient, so delivery is shorter and smoother. 

Note: Labels do not go through proofing or reworks. They are pre-designed intentional sets, which move to print and shipping as soon as your order is placed.

How does printing and shipping work in Australia and Internationally?

Every order is fulfilled through a trusted global network of print studios. Your order is automatically routed to the closest location to you or your recipient, ensuring both speed and quality.

Australia → Printed domestically for shorter delivery windows. 

International → Printed at the nearest facility worldwide, so creations arrive with efficiency and care.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

How are digital files delivered?

Resumes & Cover Letters → Always delivered digitally. You’ll receive a polished PDF, and if you’ve chosen the Editable Add-On, a secure Canva link is also provided so you can adapt it over time.

Bespoke Cards & Intentional Living Labels → Delivered physically. Cards are only printed once approved; labels move straight to print at checkout.

Are your offerings printed and packaged sustainably?

Yes. Every creation — whether a card or a label set — is produced with both care and consciousness.

Your order is routed to the closest professional print studio, reducing unnecessary travel and lessening environmental impact while also ensuring faster delivery.

Cards are printed on premium FSC-certified cardstock with vibrant, low-waste inks. Labels are produced on high-quality matte adhesive sheets that are both durable and responsibly made.

Packaging is minimal but protective, often using recycled or recyclable materials — because part of my mission is that every offering arrives as a vessel of connection, not as unnecessary waste.

For me, sustainability is part of the sacred intention that flows through Miss Inspo Co: what you hold in your hands is created to last, but designed to tread gently on the earth.
